Welcome to the bdtk8 platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between bdtk8 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "user"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on this platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

General Provisions
bdtk8 is an online gaming platform that provides sports betting, casino games, live games, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. The following general provisions apply at all times when using this platform:
- These Terms may be updated at any time; continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- All content, designs, software, and trademarks on the platform are the intellectual property of bdtk8 and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

- If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue in full force.
- bdtk8 reserves the right to restrict or close any user's account or access without prior notice, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms.
Users are expected to use this platform based on their own judgment and responsibility. Online gaming is operated for entertainment purposes, and users must be aware that there is a possibility of losing money on any bet.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
To open an account and use services on the bdtk8 platform, the following eligibility conditions must be met:

This platform is for users aged 21 or older only. Registration, login, or participation in any gaming activity by minors is strictly prohibited. bdtk8 reserves the right to verify age, and accounts will be closed immediately if false information is provided.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
This platform is operated with users in Bangladesh in mind. Users must confirm for themselves that participating in online gaming platforms is legally permitted from their location.
2.3 Personal Use
Each individual may open only one account for their own use. Operating an account or conducting financial transactions on behalf of a third party is prohibited. Users must confirm that they are participating on the platform knowingly, voluntarily, and using their own funds.
Account Registration & Management
3.1 Registration Process
To open an account at bdtk8, accurate and complete personal information must be provided. Using false, incorrect, or someone else's information is strictly prohibited. Only one account per person is permitted; if multiple accounts are found, all of them will be suspended.
3.2 Account Security
Users are responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. It is recommended to change your password regularly and use a strong password. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
- Do not share your account details with any third party.
- bdtk8 will never ask for your password by email or phone.
- In cases of suspicious activity, bdtk8 may temporarily suspend an account.
3.3 Updating Information
If your contact details or any other registration information changes, update it on the platform immediately. bdtk8 will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused by outdated or incorrect information.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions
4.1 Deposits
The following methods can be used to deposit funds at bdtk8: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
- Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
- Depositing funds from a third party's account is prohibited.
- bdtk8 may request additional documents to verify specific transactions.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (for each method).
- Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.
- If verification is incomplete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
- If unusual transactions are detected, further verification may be required.
4.3 Currency & Conversion
All transactions on bdtk8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in any other currency are not possible.
Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering
5.1 Welcome Bonus
bdtk8 offers new members a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, for a total balance of ৳2,500. To receive the maximum bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳6,667 is required.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on both the deposit and bonus combined.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within a specified period; otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
- Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended.
- bdtk8 reserves the right to modify, restrict, or cancel any bonus offer.

5.4 VIP Program
The bdtk8 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier. Advancement through VIP tiers depends on user activity on the platform. VIP benefit terms apply separately.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
All games on bdtk8 are operated fairly and transparently. Each game's outcome is determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) using verified technology.
6.1 Sports Betting
The sports betting section offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bdtk8's policy will apply to that bet. bdtk8's decision is final in any dispute regarding betting rules.
6.2 Casino & Live Games
The casino and live games section offers slots, table games, and live dealer games. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed before starting the game. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, the result of that round may be voided.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a bet or game session is affected by a server outage, internet disconnection, or other technical reason, bdtk8 will verify the relevant transaction and make a decision. In such cases, the server log will be considered the final evidence.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtk8 platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in account suspension or permanent closure, and the associated balance may be forfeited:
- Any form of cheating, fraud, or exploiting platform vulnerabilities for gain.
- Bonus abuse: creating multiple accounts or providing false information solely to obtain bonuses.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to participate in games or betting.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Using third-party payment methods or payment accounts registered in someone else's name.
- Reselling or using any platform service or content for commercial purposes.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
bdtk8 uses advanced technology to monitor suspicious activity. We also reserve the right to take legal action if any violation is detected.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Suspension by bdtk8
bdtk8 may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Failure to verify age.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Legal requirements or orders from a regulatory authority.
8.2 Closure by the User
Any user may request to close their own account at any time. To do so, email our support team at [email protected] or contact us via live chat. Before the account is closed, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance.
